School Management
We can start here, when we look at the typical school management system. This is what I can expect in a basic version. Basic versions can be free:

In our school administration these tasks are given to many staffs. I think a central administration for school record keeping uses the best of technology to solve an old problem.

- · communication by email or letter.
- · Staff time sheet management.
- · Student file/document management

- · mail-merged email and letters.

I agree that communication with parents and students should be more coordinated and streamlined and that communication should be two-way. As for the documentation? It assumes that these documents and systems are constant and I think one would always fiddling and tweaking that part of it. However, a good system of two way communication is important and that would be best practice from all that technology has to offer.

jDo you find that teachers that lack computer experience have a difficult time using these systems? I know alot of older teachers who are not willing to change the ways that they have gone about for many years.
I was wondering what Jason was thinking, what about the older teachers that dont want to take the time to learn how to use all the tools. They find their system in which they know and have used much more efficent...or in anycase for them because it would take them time to learn a new one.

I was thinking of tools that could save time for teachers and they do more teaching but if teacher have system that work then they should keep that.
